It’s not a tribute to my own vanity (well not completely).  I actually have a fairly original concept to share, one which others have developed a “piece of” but haven’t put it all together in the way I have. Plain and simple, it’s all about replacing wasted time throughout your day with exercise. While airports are great places to do this, my philosophy can extend to all areas of your life. Really! So whether you read my book or look at my videos, I want to help you creatively build exercise into your daily routine–in ways you never thought were possible.

EXERCISING AT HOME

Exercising at home is a very common idea. Whether you are teleworking or find yourself in a situation where local gyms are closed or you just prefer to work out at home, there are endless ways to stay fit without a lot of fancy equipment.

Exercising in the airports is not a new concept. Agreed! But few have taken it to the level I have. It’s more than just a novel idea or an excuse to put something interesting on Instagram—it truly is a great way to kill otherwise wasted hours waiting for your flight.

The overarching point for this website (and for my approach to life) is looking for exercise opportunities in ANY situation. It’s not about searching for attention; it’s about taking back control of your time and meeting those fitness goals in the most random (and interesting) ways.
