how to exercise at home
Exercising at home is something we are doing more and more of especially during the COVID pandemic. Whether you are teleworking or find yourself in a situation where local gyms are closed or you just prefer to work out at home, there are endless ways to stay fit without a lot of fancy equipment.
Check out my YouTube channel where I demonstrate how you can do both cardio as well as anaerobic activity to keep your heart (and upper body) strong.

Quick morning exercises to start the workday
Turn your home into your gym. Whether you are teleworking or watching the kids or simply don’t have access to a gym, your home has it all. Whether it’s running laps up and down the stairs or setting push-up goals, you can get a great workout with just a little creativity and effort.
