I want to help you reach your goals! Let’s work together to create an exercise program for your daily routine. What does that actually mean? We will do a comprehensive analysis, step by step.  First, we will look at your daily schedule and routine. Do you take kids to soccer practice? Do you cook meals for your family? What kind of errands do you run? How do you utilize your lunch and other breaks? 

Then we will think about how you commute and get around (whether it’s work, school, social activities).  We will consider what kind of equipment you may need (you don’t need much!), what to do if you wear a suit all day, and how hygiene fits into all of this. We will think about your fitness goals and what your top priorities are. Together, we will creatively find realistic ways you can exercise while doing something else or convert wasted time (like waiting around for something) into fitness opportunities. This website shows you just a fraction of what I am talking about (like doing squats while waiting in line at the grocery store or using resistance cords while riding in the passenger seat of a car). It’s not a gimmick; it’s a true lifestyle choice. 

And bit by bit–ten minutes here, ten minutes there–it all adds up.  These pockets of exercise collected throughout the day all count–by burning calories, building muscles, and saving your time in the long run. Before you know it, you will find yourself engaged in a sustainable and meaningful exercise program!
