Ken Seifert's life
Ken spends his time traveling around the world, lifting weights, hiking in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, and eating donuts (lots and lots of donuts). As a diplomat, Ken spends a lot of time in airports and hotels and has developed a program to stay fit and be efficient with time. Ken, and his exercise program, have been featured on the news nearly a dozen times in media outlets across the US including Fox, CBS, ABC, NBC, and NPR. When Ken is not exercising or eating, he is playing with his two dogs. Otherwise, you may find Ken exercising in and around airports including running 15 miles during an airport layover to get his driver’s license renewed.
